Mission Impossible 7 – Dead Reckoning – Part One │ News Update │ Cineflicks News
Today, we’re talking about one of the most beloved action franchises of all time, Mission Impossible. From its beginnings in 1996, the series has been a constant source of thrills and excitement, with Tom Cruise at the helm as Ethan Hunt. But now, with the upcoming release of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1, we’re in for something truly special. This film promises to raise the stakes for our favourite IMF agents, with Tom Cruise performing some of the most daring stunts of his career. And from what we’ve heard, the plot is sure to keep us on the edge of our seats. But what about the rest of the cast? Who’s returning for this latest installment, and who’s new to the series? And could this be Tom Cruise’s last ride as Ethan Hunt? We’ve got all the answers, so keep watching to find out.
Fans were treated to the first trailer for the upcoming Mission Impossible movie, but the plot remains shrouded in secrecy. However, what we do know is that it will be split into two parts, with the first part being an emotional journey for all of the characters. The director wants to take what they learned from the previous movie, Fallout, and apply it to every character, giving them all an emotional arc. With the addition of new characters and storylines, the movie will be three hours long, and that’s why they decided to split the story into two parts, allowing the story to breathe. The title, “Dead Reckoning,” is a navigational term that becomes a metaphor for Ethan and several other characters, as many things emerge from Ethan’s past. The “Mission: Impossible” franchise has been graced with some incredible directors in the past, including Brian De Palma, John Woo, J.J. Abrams, and Brad Bird. But in recent years, Christopher McQuarrie has taken the lead and directed some of the most successful films in the franchise, including “Rogue Nation,” “Fallout,” and both parts of “Dead Reckoning.” McQuarrie has also worked on other projects with Tom Cruise, such as “Jack Reacher” and “Edge of Tomorrow.” Before joining forces with Cruise, McQuarrie was best known for writing “The Usual Suspects.” With McQuarrie back in the director’s seat for the 7th chapter of the franchise, we have high expectations for the upcoming films and are confident that he and Cruise will easily deliver on those expectations. The movie features Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell, Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn, Rebecca Ferguson as Ilsa Faust, Vanessa Kirby as Alanna Mitsopolis, Frederick Schmidt as Zola Mitsopolis, and Henry Czerny as Eugene Kittridge. But that’s not all – the movie also introduces several new characters, including Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, Shea Whigham, Esai Morales, Rob Delaney, Charles Parnell, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, and Cary Elwes. The film is set to arrive in US theaters on July 14, 2023, and will be available to stream on Paramount+ after its theatrical debut. However, it’s worth noting that Tom Cruise’s last film, Top Gun: Maverick, took 209 days after its theatrical release to premiere on Paramount+, so we can expect a similar timeframe for Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1.
