The Wheel of Time Season 2 : Plot And Storyline │ News Update │ Cineflicks News
The wheel of time is returning on Amazon Prime for its 2nd season. This epic, fantasy series, The Wheel of Time season 2 is finally on track. After making a grand entrance on TV screens in 2021, this show has been green-lit for another run. Its first season made a strong impression last year and became one of the most successful TV shows on Amazon Prime. The first season is based on the 1st book, The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan. Though, the 1st season provided the much-needed back story and character development, there are many plot points taken from other books of this saga. In the first season, Rand and Moiraine sneak off in search of The Eye of The World, where they encounter the Dark One, the main antagonist of this series. Meanwhile, the rest of the group stood with the forces of Fal Dara in a battle against the Dark One’s forces. Rand managed to overcome the Dark One with the help of an ancient object. Although he triumphed, he urged Moiraine to tell his friends he had died due to his worries about the connection he has now with the Dark One. Season 2 plot will be derived from books two and three The Great Hunt and The Dragon Reborn by Jordan’s Wheel of Time saga. Although the eight-episode storyline won’t follow the books exactly, they’ll be weaved together to develop each character’s story forward.
