Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania │ Ant Man 3 │ News Update │ Cineflicks News

Ant man 3 a.k.a Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantomania is finally scheduled to be released. It will be the first movie of Marvel’s phase 5 and overall 31st movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is a direct sequel to Ant-Man 2 which was released in 2018. Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly are back as Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, and Hope van Dyne, aka The Wasp. The movie follows the pair as they further explore the quantum realm. Marvel has some major plans for this film as it will introduce the new boss villain of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This villain is none other the Kang the Conqueror who is being portrayed by Jonathan Majors. He first appeared in 1st season of Loki where he played a variant of Kang, “He Who Remains” Jonathon himself has cleared this confusion by saying,” “He Who Remains is not in Ant-Man. It’s Kang.” To further spice things up, a potential future superhero will be introduced in Ant-Man 3. This character is Scott Lang’s daughter, Cassie Lang. Comic book fans will know Cassie becomes a superhero herself. It has been confirmed by Kathryn Newton, who is playing the role of Cassie. Apart from previously mentioned names, Michelle Pfeiffer and Michael Douglas are also returning to their previous roles. Additionally, Bill Murray has been cast in an undisclosed villain role of MODOK. The Filming took place from July to November 2021 and the film entered post-production in April 2022. Peyton Reed is helming this project while Jeff Loveness has written the script. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantomania is scheduled to be released in theatres on February 17, 2023.
