BLACK PANTHER 2: WAKANDA FOREVER OFFICIAL TEASER / TRAILER
The trailer for Black Panther 2 has been dropped by Marvel. After part one was released in 2018, fans were clamouring for a sequel. But now, we have a trailer and a release date for this forthcoming sequel. Officially titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, it will be the 30th film in Marvel Cinematic Universe. After the unfortunate death of the film’s lead star, Chadwick Boseman, Marvel decided not to recast the character. After that announcement, every fan of this movie was wondering about Wakanda’s future in MCU. Now, we get a glimpse into how this film is going to unfold in absence of King T’Challa. Featuring Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Florence Kasumba, Martin Freeman, Winston Duke, and Angela Bassett in prominent roles, it will be taking fans back to Wakanda and exploring the nation’s new place in the world. The official synopsis from Marvel reads,” Queen Ramonda, Shuri, M’Baku, Okoye and the Dora Milaje fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers after King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog and Everett Ross to forge a new path for the kingdom”. From the trailer, it is evident that this time it would be Atlantis versus Kingdom of Wakanda as both sides strive for dominance. Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole are returning as the director and writers for this film. Filming for Black Panther 2 was officially wrapped up on March 24, 2022. The post-production is also finished which means Black Panther 2 is ready to hit our screens. Being a final film of phase four of MCU, Wakanda Forever is set to be released on November 11, 2022.
