The wheel of time is returning on Amazon Prime for its 2nd season. This epic, fantasy series, The Wheel of Time season 2 is finally on track. After making a grand entrance on TV screens in 2021, this show has been green-lit for another run. Its first season made a strong impression last year and became one of the most successful TV shows on Amazon Prime. This entire show is based on the work of Robert Jordan who wrote this epic fantasy book series. He wrote a total of 14 novels which sum up the whole Wheel of Time universe. The first season is based on the 1st book, The Eye of the World while upcoming season 2 will be based on books two and three, The Great Hunt and The Dragon Reborn respectively. With this abundant source material, Amazon Prime is trying to stretch this series to cover all the work done by Robert. The filming for season 2 has concluded and it is scheduled to release in the winter of 2022.
